Vineyard-themed inspiration shoot in Portland, Ore.

Nov 8, 2010

The air is crisp and the leaves are changing colors and dancing in the air here in Germany ... so when Sara Gray sent over this fantastic inspiration shoot inspired by autumn colors in the vineyard, I couldn't wait to share! Sometimes fall events tend to focus too heavily on rather masculine tones like espressos, burnt siennas and cardinal reds ... I love that this talented group of Portland, Ore., vendors decided to mix bold and bright fall colors with softer, muted shades like lilacs and corals. The contrast creates such a wonderful visual dynamic ... it comes across so fresh and crisp with a twist of vintage appeal. Enjoy and scroll down for more details ...

Many thanks to Sara for sending over this beautiful inspiration shoot!

  5. Beautiful mix of fresh flowers on the bouquets. What kind of closed flowers are shown on the cake? Are they closed dahlias?
