Vintage rhinestone bouquet ... Mother's re-purposed wedding gown ... Milk and cookies at midnight ... yep, Krista and Philip's wedding in historic Franklin, Tenn., have all of these magical and heartfelt touches and then some. I'm in love with the intimate and unquestionably Southern vibe of this wedding.
Love the bouquet, don't you? Krista collected around 130 pieces of vintage jewelry to create the bouquet plus 6 mini-brooch bouquets for her 'maids. They were stunningly put together by Amanda Heer of Fantasy Floral Designs.
And my favorite part from Krista:
I wore the same wedding gown my mother handmade and wore for her wedding in 1974. With the help of a local fashion designer friend, we brought the dress into 2010 by altering it into a mermaid-style fit with a belted waist.
