I'm still hooked on the lock and key idea ... one lovebird holding the lock and the other holding the key {for engagement photos or a killer save the date} and so whenever I come across a vintage lock that leaps out at me because it has a special shape or saying or design, I typically scarf it up and that's just what I did with this cute duo above.
I found the sweet pair on another antiquing excusion to Alabama and as soon as I saw the "cupid's arrow," I was smitten ... and then to find that it actually had the working key to go with it - I was beyond excited! And I love how rusty and weathered the key is!!

The lock is in good vintage condition and the key opens and locks it easily. It is approximately 1" tall. There is some rusting on the key from age but I find the distressed look only adds to the charm. They make an adorable pair together for photo ops and just sitting together as decor.Price for both the lock and key: $68.00 + shipping
