A few weeks ago, my Mom came down for a visit and we treated ourselves to a stay in New Orleans, soaking up the sunshine {before the summer's humidity came rolling in!} and taking in all the eye candy that the Crescent City has to offer ... it seems that every time we visit, we discover something new and fabulous so I thought I'd share a peek with you!
I spotted those white iron chairs {above} in an antique store on Magazine Street and thought they'd be a deliciously rustic touch to a courtyard or garden wedding ... can't you just imagine the bouquet gracing the seat {instead of the celebratory beads}? Speaking of Mardi Gras beads, I love how they get stuck in the ancient oaks along St. Charles after the parades and stay up there all year long ... sparkling in the sunlight ... so pretty and so NOLA!
