Found Lost: The elusive Daphne dress

From the second I saw the simple lines of J.Crew's silk organza Daphne gown back in 2007, I was smitten ... albeit late. The dress was no longer available on the website and brides were already resorting to bidding wars over the few available on eBay and other sources.

I know there are still lots of brides searching madly for this gorgeous gown and that's why I just had to share this exciting post I came across on J.CrewAholics: A J.CrewAholic Sells Her Coveted Daphne Dress!   6. What a shamed. I remember when I saw this on the JCrew catalog. I called and it was gone. I been searching through eBay and I placed an ad hoping someone is selling it :(
    I still want this dress and I hoping I could create a republic...

  7. I am not a seamstress...but I know a few, and if you take the photos of this dress to a really good one, they can usually put it together for you, and the best part is that it will fit perfectly, and you get to pick the fabric. Smiles!
